Who are the Monterey Peninsula Voices?

The Monterey Peninsula Voices are a user-friendly group for both our members and for our audiences (we like to mix it up in terms of program offerings, with something for everyone).

There’s so much wonderful music to be heard in the Monterey/Carmel region that our Conductor has developed a knack for finding ways we can stand out from the crowd.

We’re more than just a collection of people who get together once a week to sing. We’ve become an extended family whose activities and interests go beyond singing. So even if you’re not a singer, there are many ways you can become a part of our group and enjoy the benefits of working and playing with this diverse, talented, warm group of people.

MPV is a non-auditioned choir that is always looking for good singers. If you can hear a pitch and sing it, you can be a part of our choir. Fall season begins August 16, culminating in concerts on the first weekend of December.
Our rehearsals will be on Monday evenings at PM at First Presbyterian Church of Monterey (501 El Dorado St, Monterey, CA 93940).  Fees for the Fall Season are $175. Half scholarships are available.  To apply for scholarships, look for the box on the registration form.
